My Story
I have a BSc Dietetics (Hons) degree from North West University. I have a passion for food and all things healthy. ​
I believe in in changing habits, getting into routines, and ultimately preventing disease.

It all starts from a young age, forming healthy habits like choosing healthier food and making exercise part of your daily routine. If we help our children to make healthier choices from a young age we can prevent a lot of non-communicable diseases like diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol.
We can al so choose to change unhealthy habits in our current life cycle stage. Doesn't matter what age you are, being healthy is a choice and I can help you with simple adjustments to your current lifestyle or provide you with a healthy menu with recipes to help you change your current dietary habits.
